The Three Rooms: Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life – Kevin Murphy


The Three Rooms is a wonderful book that shows us how to live in the present moment by separating our awareness from those negative thoughts we tend to identify ourselves with.
Using the analogy of three rooms (The Past Room, The Present Room, and the Future Room), the book proposes that we are not our thoughts and shows us how to let go of the negative thoughts in the Past Room and instead be an observer, and how we can align with our HIgher Self which exists in the Present Room.
